Ingredients: Melissa officinalis L. (Lemon Balm), Rubus sp. (Blackberry Leaf), Oplopanax horridus (Devil’s Club) bark

Instructions: Steep 1 heaping teaspoon in hot water for 5 minutes and enjoy.
